KAMPUS
Kampus is a development of 533 Private Rented Sector residential units, in 5 buildings, in what used to be the campus of the Manchester Metropolitan University.
From inception and as a future operator, I was commissioned to create a life cycle forecast of each building, based on the assets in place.
Considering list of assets, O&M and standards I delivered a two versions of the Life cycles:
First version based on strict costs and replacements.
Second version, smoothed to adapt according to cash flow.
