GREENWICH LEISURE LTD

  • During my time working for Greenwich Leisure Limited, I created a strategy and implemented a robust planned preventative maintenance (PPM) program.

  • Immediately after, I identified and prioritised the corrective maintenance tasks due. With the list of corrective and remedial tasks pending, so that we could for the first time, prioritise and estimate costs. This prioritisation was done according to the criteria given by the client. Unwanted and unforeseen events were converted into a list of planned, foreseen and estimated one off tasks.

  • The number of reactive tasks dropped dramatically, and the client appreciated how my intervention helped them turn round the drift to over expenditure and disruptions, to a smooth and controlled doable number of ppm tasks.

  • As a result, the profitability of sites increased dramatically as well as the visibility of maintenance costs. Reduction of costs, disruption and remedial actions.
