DORRINGTON
When I took over the building in 57, Stamford street, SE1 London, the client Dorrington was very demanding in terms of quality of service and statutory compliance. I incorporated this building to my CAFM system, to monitor PPM and H&S tasks and to report periodically the performance of the building, asset, contractor, PPM, Remedial, etc.
Shortly after, the client communicated their satisfaction and requested me to help some of their other property managers to produce the reports with the same quality and accuracy as I did.

There are hundreds of CAFM systems in the market, it is critical to choose the adequate one, and upload the right information. For this, it is critical to choose a competent facilities manager with sufficient experience implementing, successfully, the largest possible number of CAFM systems in different organisations. I have selected and implemented more than 9 CAFM systems in large and medium organisations. e.g.: BNP Paribas, Vodafone, Balfour Beatty, Go Native, ACS, National Trust, etc.

Based on this experience, I have created my own CAFM system, particularly successful for companies that own up to 200 buildings. Please refer to our tools.
