INTERNATIONAL MARITIME ORGANISATION

  • The International Maritime Organisation (IMO) has its headquarters in 4, Albert Embankment, London SE1 7SR.

  • I carried out a condition survey to identify the existing assets and their needs in terms of condition, service, statutory duties and workload. Because of the relevance of the users and occupiers, the criticality of services was extremely high.

  • I identified, assessed and linked all assets to their corresponding associated tasks, according to O&M, SFG20 and standards to create the categories, workload , estimating time and costs. I created a new schedule of tasks, organised by categories with their corresponding contracts. Once all services were identified and assigned to a competent contractor, we created a tool to monitor performance and follow up progress, reporting in real time the status of every tasks due and creating periodic reports to inform on the status of compliance and PPM and report accordingly.

  • The client was extremely satisfied and renewed our contract for 5 years.
